Insyde cooperates with ARM over new technologies
Insyde Software has announced it will cooperate with ARM to create a new software R&D technician training program to help transfer its x86 UEFI technology, which has strong advantages over OS booting and shut-off, to ARM-based PCs and communication devices.
In addition to support from Intel and Microsoft for cutting into the supply chain of Windows 8, Insyde's partnership with ARM and its recent cooperation with Android underlines their statement to expand its involvement in markets such as smartphones, tablet PC's and broader embedded space.
